Arm pimples is similar to face pimples and pimples on other parts of body. 5. It is not advisable for such people to keep long hair as they tend to touch the upper arm giving rise to pimples.

Exfoliating the pimples prone area will also be helpful in getting rid of it as it is formed by dead cells. The pimples sufferers must wash their arms with a bland soap. It is not recommended to scrub the affected area of the skin as it can aggravate the problem.
